More Information

Science students at Warriner High School (Go Penguins!) in Sheboygan, WI have class each week at Maywood Environmental Park, and they would love to share with you all of the things that make Maywood special. Come enjoy a self-guided nature hike, explore Maywood’s unique habitats, learn about local plant and animal species, and get a glimpse into how WHS students spend their time at the park with informational signs all along the hike, designed by the students.

Trails are open to the public daily from 4 am-10 pm, and Ecology Center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am-4pm. The hike will be set up from 10 am Tuesday to 1 pm Friday. Maps and event information will be posted outside the Ecology Center.
