We are looking to have organizations arrive around 6pm to start setting up their tables for the movie in the park program we are planning. On April 19th we are planning to show an Earth Day themed movie.
We would like your booth/area to be set up and ready to go by 6:30pm. The movie itself is scheduled to start about 15 minutes after sunset (this would be about 8pm on April 19th). The movie is about an hour and 45 minutes long.
After the movie would the Back Back Amateur Astronomers be willing to have their telescopes out for kids and parents to look through at the stars, planets, galaxies, and moon that are visible in the night sky?
