As part of Discovery Place Science’s week-long solar eclipse celebration, NASA Ambassador Jack Howard is visiting the Museum to share his knowledge about solar science. Mr. Howard started the astronomy program at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, where he teaches physics and astronomy. Since then, he has shared the wonders of space and the excitement of discovery with diverse groups in the Charlotte area.
